I bet I’m like most of you, when I go skiing, I like to stay warm, so I wear a base layer over my underwear and then put on insulated ski bibs, in addition to all my other gear.

After OJ & coffee, etc. it doesn’t take long for morning bladder to kick in and then it’s time to hit the head. But trying to get your unit out through all those layers can be tricky, practically impossible at times! Sometimes I can’t find the fly for the first layer because my shirt is in the way, and then when I get past that, sometimes the fly for the second layer is hard to find too… What a hassle – I need to go, like, now!

I had an ACL tear in 2022, then sprained the same knee again last March. Next year I’m going to wear a Stoko Medical-Grade Knee Bracing base layer over my underwear, and if it’s super cold I’m going to put on another base layer over that. So that will be THREE flies to get through to get to my unit!
